When I go to sleep. It feels like I'm dreaming when I'm not. Like my body pulls out of me into some place. These places I go to are realistic. Everything I see is in perfect order no distortion. I have all my senses in my dreams, touch, feel, see, sense of smell, etc. Then while lying in bed I feel my body pulling towards me. I get up and feel like I have not even slept the whole night. Sometimes it's not always like this. I can tell the difference between having dreams and feeling this too. Is it possible to do that?
