Shes random, and needs to get her act together, tell her that. She clearly had feelings for you, and didn't know how to express it. Maybe she was scared that if she told you, you would feel weird about going out with her, or mess up what you two already had. Well, just move on. Maybe she friended you to show you that she is finally over you, or is flashing a guy in your face to continue to play games with you. So she hasn't changed.
