Replacing earrings early?help?

so i have a vball tournament tomorrow and im not allowed to wear jewelery. i found a pair of earrings that you cannot see, so i need to wear them. i got my ears pierced 9 days ago, what should i do to minimize infection of my holes? (please note i HAVE to take my earrings out and put these ones in, theyll be in for a couple of hours)
